Just a little about us ...
We started our life over 16 years ago as Grade Computer Services Ltd. For many years we provided IT support services to an ever increasing client base of SME businesses and not for profit organisations. In 2015, the business attracted the attention of entrepreneur Andy McDougall who having previously led Central Telecom Ltd, a £40m turnover telephony company, was determined to come back into the market to provide integrated business technology services. Having made a substantial financial investment (and attracted a joint venture partner in Dains LLP, the award winning regional firm of accountants and business advisers), the business has since significantly expanded and extended it’s services to become a class leading player in Cloud and hosted technologies.
Many of our clients tell us that in recent years, their technology is placing limits on their business and holding back growth. Simon possesses a broad range of skills along with a deep level of understanding across Storage, Unix and Windows infrastructures. His extensive architectural, design, implementation and operational knowledge, including involvement in the setup, operation and transition of storage operational teams and managed services, combined with a customer focussed, can-do attitude, has earned Simon a reputation of trust, integrity and high performance amongst colleagues, management and industry peers.
Like Cloud Central, Simon thrives under the pressure of working in a fast-paced environment where high standards, meticulous attention to detail and an ability to think on his feet are prerequisites for success.
